Contract Administrator / Accounting Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - Responsibilities:
Assist Owner with all contract administration duties for all projects which includes:
Proposals/Quotes
Billing
Contract Submittals - Textura System Experience A Plus
Change Orders
Purchasing
Sales Tax Reports
Additionally duties will include:
Supporting all Supervisors in the field with material purchases/ordering, or other items they may need help with.
Payroll
Accounting
Tracking all expenditures
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Requirements:
Prior experience at a Construction company or Construction related company is preferred
3+ years QuickBooks experience - Contractor's edition a plus
Payroll Experience including filing Payroll tax reports monthly and quarterly
Windows Office Experience, including Excel, Word and Windows 10
e-Verfiy experience
Textura Construction Management Software Experience a plus
Sales/Use Tax Filing experience
Neat Scanner Software experience a plus
Spanish - Bi-lingual a plus
Must have extreme attention to detail and consistency
Ability to develop good solid relationships with all Owners, Customers, Subs and Employees
Must be dedicated and driven and show up to work on time.
Must love dogs, we have a beautiful black lab that hangs out in the office all day.
