Are you tired of being stuck in rush hour traffic to and from town everyday? If so, come work in beautiful Koolina on the Westside of Oahu in Kapolei. The Beach Villas at Koolina is a private, residential beachfront condominium with vacation rentals alongside Aulani Disney and Four Seasons Oahu.
**Hospitality Experience is a must
§ Prefer a minimum 2 years previous experience in condominium/hotel or building security
§ High School graduate or equivalent, proof of certification required before hiring
§ Excellent work ethics, communication skills, written and strong customer-guest service skills § Computer skills desired § Ability to lift 40 lbs. and pull/push 100 lbs
§ Be able to successfully acquire a Background Check and all other requirements, as directed § Greeting guests as Ambassadors with warmth in the spirit of "Aloha"
§ Patrol the property on foot to ensure a safe and secure environment
§ Actively support and promote the work culture of mutual respect, trust and enthusiasm with other team members, owners, guests and visitors
§ Investigate and accurately complete reports, fact finding, accident investigation, criminal activity, property damage, personal injury, trespassing, theft and pilferage
§ Prefer CPR/AED certified, knowledge of procedures and/or applying required first aid treatment § Enforce pool, parking and spa rules and all applicable rules and regulations through verbal or written notices
§ Assist with inventory and accounting for Lost & found, process Mail/Parcels & "Special Package" deliveries, Guest registration, unit key issuance to Guest and Visitors
§ Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and Holidays
**Must be able to work all shifts (7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 11:00pm-7:30am)
**Must be able to stand and patrol the property for long periods at a time § Perform duties as directed by Resort Management
