Currently seeking RN - Registered Nurses with Rehab, ICU, ER, OR, PACU, Med Surg or Telemetry experience for PRN, Contract, Travel and Direct Hire opportunities in the Austin area. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of ICU, ER, OR, Rehab, Surgery, PACU, Med Surg or Telemetry experience in the last 3 years.
Responsibilities of the RN - Registered Nurse - Austin
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
Document patient care in the EMR according to established standards.
Direct and delegate care to other staff in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence by a Registered Nurse.
Ensure professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
Requirements of the RN - Registered Nurse - Austin
Active compact RN license
Minimum 1 year of ICU, Med-Surg, ER, Rehab, PACU, Surgery, OR , Telemetry experience
Current BLS
ACLS/PALS required for some specialties
Immunizations and Health Statement required for acute care positions
