The Director of Nursing has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for nursing care within the facility
Provides leadership and support to the department?s nurse managers and support staff using creative leadership to ensure best outcomes in high quality compassionate patient care
Responsible for full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding the provision of clinical services
