The Ann Arbor office of SmithGroup is looking for a Corporate Systems Administrator I to join our team. Primary responsibilities of this role include server standards, server operations, Active Directory management, server applications, scripting, MS Virtual Server/Hyper-V, MS System Center Configuration Manager, MS Exchange 2010, and MS Lync Server 2010. Along with providing on-site and remote support on hardware and software issues as well as ensure complete successful corporate computer operations. Working with us, you will: - Be responsible for server infrastructure standards and maintenance. - Collaborate, plan and design for new enterprise applications. - Take a team oriented approach using shared knowledge, best practices and organizational awareness. - Create and maintain infrastructure and system operations documentation. - Provide direction and high level sup port in multiple integrated technical areas/functions (i.e. desktop application deployment and configuration, server operations, Group Policies, technical training, backup and archiving cycles, etc.) - Provide Project Management of enterprise-wide IT initiatives. - Mentor junior IT staff, provide technical guidance and assistance with their professional development. An ideal candidate has: - 4 ? 6 years of related experience and/or training - Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related field - Knowledge of Windows Scripting - Ability to handle software deployments SmithGroup offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package, including 401(k) and continuing educational reimbursement.
