DriveKore, Inc., a premier construction tool, equipment, and supply company, located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, has immediate ENTRY-LEVEL openings for outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and career-minded individuals to join their sales team.
Successful candidates are mentored through hands-on training in all aspects of the business through a series of sales training tasks, from warehouse to sales counter operations. Online sales training programs from some of our top manufacturers and multi-day, out-of-state seminars provide additional product, applications, and selling skills.
Responsibilities include: ?
Developing and executing a sales plan in an assigned territory to meet/exceed sales goals
Conducting sales calls with construction companies (at their offices and at job sites)?
Maintaining and growing our customer base?
Demonstrating professionalism and excellence in business on a daily basis
Candidate requirements: ?
Basic computer literacy
Excellent oral and written communication
Time management skills
Possess a current, valid driver's license
Compensation: ? Consists of a competitive base salary plus commission? Comprehensive benefit package, including health insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan.
