The District Manager will assist in the achievement of the company?s strategic objective through the development, training and leading of store sales managers and all sales team members within a district.
Essential Functions:
Hire, train and coach a performance-focused team dedicated to a positive customer experience.
Maintain a positive, professional and purpose-filled relationship with customers, vendors, and Precision employees.
Develop plans for routine community outreach events with a focus on local non-profit and community-focused organizations.
Resolve customer concerns in a manner that simultaneously satisfies the customer and benefits Precision Wireless and Verizon.
Required Skills:
2-5 years prior experience in a related role
Outstanding leadership skills
Exceptional customer service skilla
