Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated and energetic employee with some experience for our Harrisburg, PA facility.
The position is full time, normally Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling incoming phone calls and emails to the parts department.
Updating and maintaining CRM records.
Work with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Limited purchasing & sourcing of materials to fulfill orders.
Performing tasks and assignments designated by management.
Requirements
Intermediate computer skills including proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software.
Valid PA driver's license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
Reliable and punctual.
One year minimum experience in inside sales and\or customer service.
Physical Requirements
Lift 50 lbs unassisted.
Occasionally operate a pick-up truck, hand cart, pallet jack and forklift.
