Medicare Sales Agent Job Opening in Hollywood, Florida - Diverse Insurance Solutions is an Independent Insurance agency that specializes in Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans. We are currently looking for field agents to contract with all major carriers in the Florida market to further expand our team. This is an excellent sales position that is commission driven with an amazing opportunity to work with Medicare beneficiaries and make a positive difference in the wellness of their care.
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Sales Representatives with an active Florida health license to perform the following tasks:
Meet with eligible participants with the goal of presenting product information and enrollment for HMO, Medicare PPO and Medicare Supplement Plans
Market long-term care, life insurance, and other specialty products for the senior population to sell and promote in addition to Medicare products.
Conduct one-on-one and group presentations.
Generate your own sales leads from various sources.
Apply strong sales acumen skills in generating and closing leads
Network to establish relationships with healthcare providers and community contacts
Engage in active communication with different community sources to maintain and generate ongoing referral system
We will provide support with:
Direct contracts with most carriers.
Hands on training and support.
Qualified leads generated in house.

This is an Independent position where you are able to work your own hours. Earning potential is uncapped and opportunity to make 100K+ first year is realistic. Spanish and Creole speakers in demand.

Salary: $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
Required experience:
Medicare or Life Insurance Sales: 2 years
Lead Generation: 1 year
Required license or certification:
Florida Health Insurance License (2-15, 2-40)
