BDC Representative / Internet Sales Job Opening in Miami, Florida - BDC REPRESENTATIVE:
Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for experienced sales professionals for our BDC/Internet Department. The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed and have the required attributes to handle a fast-paced team-based work environment. Our BDC/Internet Representatives must utilize their customer service abilities as well as their computer skills, proper phone etiquette to achieve their daily and monthly goals.
Essential Duties:
Handle All Incoming Phone Calls
Log All Customers
Make Outbound Calls
Schedule appointments via phone and email
Ability to meet and exceed all daily and monthly goals
Job Requirements:
Sales Experience ? 1 yr. Internet Sales/BDC a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous sales/Customer service experience in the following areas: Automotive, Business Development, Customer Service; all highly preferable.
Be organized, professional, have proper multi-tasking abilities, be self-motivated as well work effectively in a fast-paced team atmosphere.
Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, standard computer knowledge and data entry; Automotive CRM is a plus
1 year experience preferred, not required.
Compensation/Work Schedule:
Full-time minimum 40 hours/week
Competitive Pay Plan
Salary + commissions (Bi-weekly)
5-day work week
