Residential Construction/Remodeling Sales and Estimating Rep Job Opening in Charleston, South carolina - We are looking for a Sales rep with at least 5 yrs construction experience, must pass background check and have drivers license.
Job Duties will be the following:
Contact and communicate with clients when they call into office.
Set appointments to meet clients at their home and view their project anything from a drainage issue,decks,Additions,major remodels,and New construction.
Write estimates on work that you look at.
Follow up with client after estimate is sent over.
Post to our social platforms
Keep clients in Sales-force or Database for follow up and constant communication after sale or if we miss sales opportunity.
Reach out to client for satisfaction surveys during and after the project is complete.
organize mailers for areas that have same home issues as our current projects underway in a vicinity.
Average calls can be 3 to 20 per day.
Pay is commissioned based per sale.
Fuel expense paid to set amount.
