Title Sales Representative

Summary This is a new position in a busy e-bike and electric mobility retail store franchise. The sales representative will be responsible for helping to phase out one of the owners currently serving in the position. This new position's primary responsibility is ensuring that the store's annual gross sales are met or exceeded by adopting the current strategies for making sales, and ideally introducing more experienced strategies to selling e-bikes in an exploding growth industry. The new Sales Representative will be responsible for taking over sales and customer communications, managing orders, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and attractive retail shop. The ideal candidate will be considered for advancement in the franchise growth of the company. This is a position with considerable growth potential.
Job Duties
Manage all incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-in visitors
Follow through with customers on questions, orders, and after test-rides
Identify key deficiencies in operations, and notifying the company?s partnership of any suggestions for improvements
Maintain minimum levels of inventory across on product groups
Maintain a clean, orderly, retail shop featuring seasonal displays of product groups.
Identify and sell-off any slow-moving inventory through online sales channels
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by aggressively pursuing customer sales leads.
Manage scheduling of part-time employees
Manage weekly accounting of cash drawer and bank deposits

Requirements
Undergraduate Degree preferred
At least 2 years? experience in sales of retail operation.
Experience connecting with a broad audience base of all age groups
Must have actual demonstrative experience operating transactions on a POS system, tracking inventory, managing orders, and maintaining customer data.
Salary and Commission
Base salary range for this new Sales Representative is $28,000-$35,000 depending on experience and education. Annual bonus commission as percentage of gross sales over the stated monthly and annual sales goals will be offered in the employment agreement as well as monthly commissions when certain sales goals are met or exceeded. Company expects total salary + commission for an average-performing sales representative to be between $45,000-$90,000. Highly experience sales representatives can expect to earn well over 100k.
