We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is a self starter and takes initiative, while delivering a professional presentation to customers and uphold the ideals and standards of our company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service
Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions and balance drawers
Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise
Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services
Explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
Answer customers? queries and concerns
Product demonstration
Assist in the display of merchandise
Maintain sales records for inventory control
Increase in-store sales
Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
Assist with online sales fulfillment and website
Qualifications:
Retail Sales Experience
Strong communications skills
18+ years of age
Experience with customer service
Assist with online sales fulfillment and website
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Job Type: Part-time
