You just need to bring your hunger for the Property and Casualty (P&C) sale and your strong work ethic! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Make proactive outbound calls in an effort to quote and bind P&C insurance products coverage for our partnering agents throughout the state.
Aggressively work internet leads, direct mail, cross-sell P&C products, and referral lists by making proactive outbound calls and hitting desired activity ratios. P&C Sales Representatives are expected to make 125+ outbound calls per day.
Sell P&C insurance through various prospect contact touch points such as telephone, email and/or internet.
Prepare P&C insurance quotes to prospects and use assumptive closing techniques to close sales.
Persuasive negotiation skills and highly effective listening and communications skills.
Facilitate a culture to maximize retention and customer satisfaction
Maintain product knowledge
Education and Experience
Must obtain a NJ P&C insurance license within first 3 weeks of employment date. (You will receive fully paid training and we will sponsor you for your insurance license).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Spanish-language fluency a plus.

P&C Marketing earn a competitive base salary and have the potential to earn a monthly bonus based upon P&C sales production.
