Bookkeeper Job Opening in New Castle, Delaware - Fast-growing home healthcare agency seeks Bookkeeper for accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, special projects, and more. Potential for growth for the right candidate.
Bachelor?s degree and minimum of 3 years? experience in finance required. Strong skills in Excel and Quickbooks mandatory; experience in healthcare billing preferred, but not essential.
The ideal Bookkeeper will be detail-oriented, self-directed, and motivated to make a substantive contribution as the company expands. Duties will include:
Oversight of billing and auditing for a 350 patient program
Weekly and monthly financial reporting
Bank reconciliations
Maintenance of monthly balance sheet schedules
Electronic posting of remittances
Assist with weekly payroll processing
Other duties as assigned.
