JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of Sales Manager, the In House Sales Associate is responsible for providing total customer experience and has a passion for restaurants and beverage; Delivering on the sales goals while providing best of class service in a high volume, customer centric position will work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Achieves and Exceeds Sales Goals
* Understands the daily and monthly incentive plans
* Establish new on-premise accounts
* Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers, as well as building rapport with account buyers to make sure all needs are being met
* Work closely with the account manager to identify target accounts, set goals and coordinate sales efforts
* Keep management up-to-date on customer base and sales trends
* Ability to speak clearly over the phone
QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluency in speaking conversational Spanish
* Minimum of two years sale experience or minimum of two years in hospitality management experience
* Beer, wine and spirits knowledge
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong sales acumen and desire to close sales
* Possess strong communication, sales and customer service skills
* Strong problem solving skills
* Understand and execute all necessary aspects of the POS
* Proficiency with company computer systems, software and reports to include: Outlook, Word, Excel, Pocket Advantage, and Adobe Acrobat, and general Internet navigation
* Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
* Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with attention to detail
* Provide good verbal and written communications to all levels of management, both internally and externally Prioritize while able to adapt to changing priorities
* Work independently within set guidelines
* Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in team/crew environment, adherence to all safety regulations and operating procedures
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in the performance of various tasks
* Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
