Accounting Support and Customer Service Job Opening in Solon, Ohio - Nicole Brayden Gifts is hiring an accounting and administrative assistant to help with our day to day workflow. The company is a WHOLESALE gift company and the position requires experience working with a WHOLESALE gift company selling to retail stores.

Nicole Brayden Gifts is a "Family of Gift Brands" that sell wonderful gift products and jewelry to retail stores all over the world! Our brands include Jody Coyote, Divinity Boutique, Nicole Brayden Gifts, Oak Patch Gifts, and the Jewelry Snug. We are a fast growing company that is expanding rapidly. In the past 3 years we have grown from 16 to over 25 employees and we are still growing.

General Job Description :
This is a new position in a growing company. You would be helping with all of the various tasks listed above under the category of job functions .
Primarily you would be helping our controller with accounting related tasks. In addition to helping with A/R and A/P you would be administrative support for the office and you would handle customer service. As a small and growing company, we all chip in and help. So as a team member you may be called upon to do other this is the general job.
Helpful Skills:
This position requires someone with strong attention to detail. You are helping with our accounting department.
This position requires someone who double and triple checks there work to make sure that they didn't make a mistake.
Good data entry skills.
Some experience in customer service.

As a company we have launched a new initiative called Production With A Purpose . This is a ministry support program to help those in need. Through this program we have done everything from distributing 40,000 pairs of socks to the needy in the USA to supporting an orphanage, a woman's job training program, and feeding the poor in India. We often change our social initiatives but these are great examples of some previous programs.
