FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER ? Contract Work Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - A small and profitable Scottsdale, Arizona commercial lighting design & supply firm is looking for an exceptional full-charge bookkeeper.
This position requires the following skill-set:
Minimum BA/BS degree in accounting and/or finance (This can be substituted for 10+ years solid full charge bookkeeping experience) or 5 years? minimum experience performing as a full-charge bookkeeper with a BA/BS in any business-related field
Excellent knowledge of all facets of QuickBooks and Excel. Candidate will be requested to demonstrate their expertise.
Good written, verbal communication skills and exceptional organizational skills
Applicant must be a detailed, analytical thinker requiring minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining the company books
Managing the company HR (up to 5 employees)
Act as an office operations manager, seeing to efficient and uninterrupted material and services needed to operate the office
At the initial interview, candidates will be asked to submit verifiable employment record with references which will be checked. Candidate?s credit report will be required from successful second round interviewees. Candidates having a felony record will not be considered.
SALARY
$37,500 annual base salary ? 20 Hours per week - Contract
