AquaGuard Foundation Solutions has been searching for an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated Assistant Accounting Manager with a specialty in Accounts Receivable who is empowered to OWN it!

How You?ll Make a Difference:
Provide tactical support for the accounting department
Work with customers on financing and payment issues
Perform weekly payroll duties
Track, report and present AR progress to Supervisor weekly
Implement and follow detailed collection process
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform customer billing and cash application on accounts

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or other related field
3+ years of experience as an accounting generalist, AR specialist or similar role; or
A combination of education and/or experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field
