Conceptualized and founded by Joel Schlessinger, MD., LovelySkin has won numerous awards for customer service, expertise and product offerings. As our business expands, we?re adding experienced Retail Sales professionals to our team.
A successful Retail Associate at LovelySkin is passionate about skin health and helping people achieve radiant, beautiful skin. If the interest is there, our national trainers and team will teach the new Associate the specifics of our products and procedures. A willingness and aptitude to learn is essential! You?ll be contributing to a strong, service-oriented team, helping our clinic patients over the phone and in person with a multitude of topics. Qualifications:
3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
Direct experience in the beauty industry preferred
Genuine love of people and a willingness to help them with their skin concerns
Ability to set and achieve personal and team sales goals
Background in merchandising and product displays
Marketing and special event planning
An outgoing, people-oriented personality
Ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and just plain sell
Excellent customer service skills required
Successful candidates are highly motivated, patient, responsible, organized and dependable
