CPA Technical Memo Experience Job Opening in Rockville, Maryland - We are currently looking for a CPA with public accounting and technical memo writing experience to work on a project located in the Baltimore,MD area.
The following experience and knowledge is required:
Technical memo research and writing
Knowledge of debt / equity funding issues
Debt modification
Extinguishment of debt
Troubled debt
Going concern assessment is a must.
