We are seeking a dedicated, positive, hardworking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform detailed medical intake
Create detailed treatment plans
Oversee and manage physical rehabilitation
Perform regenerative injections including PRP, Prolotherapy and Stem Cell injections
Guided Joint Injections and Trigger Point Injections
Perform diagnostic testing including nerve studies, ultrasound examinations, allergy testing etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal practitioner will be driven and have a true desire to help our patients succeed in their efforts to transform their lives into a healthier state.
Ability to empathize and build relationships with patients
Licensed in WA state
Ability to work with a team of providers
Willing to learn and open to natural solutions for healthcare
No experience required. We will train on all procedures.
