Responsibilities
Generate applicant traffic, secure appointments and maximize rentals. Lease apartments and sell the products and services of the property to which you are assigned
Provide quality customer service relations and assist in providing a quality living environment for the residents.
Acquaint new residents with leasing documentation, property rules and policies, apartment functions and emergency procedures, to ensure resident satisfaction on move-in.
Nurture a reputation of excellence in our housing communities, in our operations, and within ourselves.
Inspect the property on a daily basis to ensure all aspect of the property and curb appeal meet owner standards. Render the community curb appeal in a condition that is enticing to client traffic and exceeds the neighborhood market.
Present a professional, efficient approach to remedy any customer complaints, and handle service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
Interacts with a wide range of people and be personable and trustworthy.
Requirements for a Leasing Professional
Minimum two years customer service experience preferred.
Detailed knowledge of property management hardware and software, in particular, Yardi preferred.
Outstanding mathematical skills and reasoning ability
Self-directed, well organized, and motivated.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High school education or equivalent.
Must be willing to work weekends, including Sunday.
Must have a valid driver license.
Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
