Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Duluth, Georgia - A rapidly growing international chemical distribution company located in Duluth, Georgia area is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join their corporate Accounting team.
This role will have little to no Overtime and be an important team member in ensuring the accurate completion of a variety of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Job Duties:
Accounts Payable - Upload of invoices into Accounting System, Scanning, researching and gathering missing information, keying vouchers.
Accounts Receivable - Cash receipts, Remittances, Collections related communications.
Special Projects as assigned by the Controller.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year's experience working in an Accounting Clerical role.
Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus
Strong Attention to Detail
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
