Primary Responsibilities include:
Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet review as well as lead month end close process
Prepare monthly management reports
Work to ensure accurate completion of transactions and journal entries in support of monthly closing
Guide all entities within department through monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process
Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
Direct and oversee all aspects of Finance and Accounting functions
Lead the completion of all annual financial audit activities and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance
You are a great fit if you have:
BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
Strong ability to problem solve and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Advanced Excel skills and stellar communication skills
5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Experience with NetSuite or SAAS preferred
