We are looking for some more team players with a positive and proactive attitude that has the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of enthusiasm, professionalism, and motivation.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to :
* Creating, developing, and retaining business relationships with Vendors,Carriers, Customers.
* Leading sales efforts via Cold Calling.
* Gain and maintain a solid understanding of current market conditions and business trends.
* Managing rate and lane negotiations.
* Sales that include both inbound and outbound calls.
* Able to resolve issues in high pressure situations.
