Our Real Estate team is adding a Staff Accountant. This role will assist managers and partners with real estate development structuring and planning, audits and other real estate related activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting
2 -4 years experience, preferably in public accounting
CPA license or working toward a CPA license
Dedicated to meeting client deadlines
Knowledge of low income housing tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit, energy tax credit or new market tax credit a plus
Experience preparing and performing audits or partnership tax preparation a plus
Experience with accounting packages such as: Prosystem tax, CCH Engagement, Microsoft
Requires overtime primarily during the busy season, approximately 200-250 hours between January and April.
