Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers
Responsible for taking customer information during sales transactions
Responsible for maintenance of marketing displays
Responsible for front end zone ownership including the queue
Assists customers with purchasing choices
Drives sales by demonstrating new products and services
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assembles in store displays
Checks in with other members of the sales team
Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
Open/flexible availability
Ability to encourage and inspire teammates
Strong customer focus
Strong merchandising skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage the functions listed in the Associate job description
Ability to comprehend and analyze retail trends and reports
Understand company policies/procedures and brand requirements
