Seeking a Maintenance Technician to add to our care team for immediate hire.
General knowledge include:
*Apartment/Unit turns
*Good Carpentry skills
*Good Painting skills
*Roofing (patching)
*Minor electrical
*Minor plumbing
*Minor HVAC
*Understanding of commercial building systems (no steam or boilers)
*Read and understand schematics
*Working knowledge of City, State and healthcare regulations
