Medical Transcriptionist Job Opening in Morgantown, West virginia - Express Employment is now seeking experienced Medical Transcriptionist to work with large healthcare facility in the Morgantown area. With hours of Monday ? Friday 8:00am ? 4:30pm working ON SITE and compensation ranging $12.00 - $15.00 hourly, this is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large hospital in the area.
The main duties of this position include:
-Transcribing and editing medical distraction through the use of Powerscribe
-Forward all reports to internal and external departments in a timely fashion
-Document and tend to any questions or complaints in department
-Answering incoming calls for the department on as needed basis
-Maintain office equipment and ordering
This position will require working on site at the medical facility.
The ideal position will:
-Demonstrate 98% accuracy to comply with routine audit
-Work well in a team environment
-Handle large volume of incoming work (average of 150-299 line count within 18 month period)
-Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
