We are ready to expand and are in search of professional talent to add to our current sales team. At Kosmos you will not simply become an expert at "selling" solar but will be given a thorough working understanding of:

Experience in solar sales is preferred but not a necessity. We look for individuals who possess the personality traits that are key for success in this growing business.

Benefits:
All sales consultants will receive 2, pre-set and pre-screened appointments daily, but will also be required to self generate leads.
Income: $52,000 ? $148,000 ($91,000 is currently what an average rep makes)
Hefty bonus structure ranging from $1,500 - $5,000 (Monthly)
Paid training - $1,800
100% uncapped commissions, plus bonuses, possible salaries
Average package size is $32,500 - commissions range from 5%-12% of gross sale price
You receive $750 (company generated), $1,000 (Self-generated) advance at the point of sale and will receive the remainder when the job is completed

Responsibilities:
In-home sales of residential photo voltaic systems and related energy efficiency products or upgrades
Display strong negotiation and presentation skills
Show an education based, logical approach to reasoning
Set referral and self-generated appointments
Consistently utilize CRM (SalesForce) and proficiently log all activities throughout the entire sales process
Attend all training sessions and follow procedures precisely
Act as customer service for all current customers until the job is completed and
Keep a customer first attitude at all times
Maintain a high level of detail on all forms and documents and do so in a timely manner
Meet monthly quotas
Must be a great communicator at all times
Comply with a zero tolerance policy for ethics including lying to, or deceiving customers
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
Have a desire to grow your career with the company (3 locations opening this year)
Understand hard work is always needed to find success
Show a passion for winning
Unaffected by confrontation
Ability to learn a script and massive product information
Previous in home sales preferred but not required
Well groomed, professional appearance
