Title Lending Development Specialist
Position Summary
Act as a support primarily to the Senior Management team and secondarily to other Loan Officers. Performs various support duties pertinent to meeting the needs of our members and development of new business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Receives complete loan application packages for approval; Reviews and interprets credit reports, traditional and non-traditional income documentation (such as pay stubs, tax returns, accountant prepared financial statements) and asset statements (including personal financial statements, bank or brokerage statements).
Provides approval, conditional approval or denial based on Credit Union guidelines and policies.
Acts as liaison between dealers and Credit Union, maintaining existing dealer relationships as well as increases the number of participating dealers in all of the credit union?s marketing areas.
Track dealer trends concerning loan applications compared to closed indirect loans.
Grows lending business development in other lending areas including Commercial lending
Maintain and compile monthly statistics on Indirect and Direct Lending for management.
Analyzes and reports credit union?s loan portfolio to track stated goals are being met.
Designs and executes an outreach and marketing plan that results in a significant increase of affordable lending products and members.
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union?s lending partners and membership groups.
Must be able to complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Previous management and consumer underwriting experience required
Management experience desired
Exposure overseeing lending staff
Skills in managing performance, motivating, and developing staff
Commercial lending experience desired
Ability to provide management reports on activity and results
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to Credit Union operations
