Description:
The Division Support performs a full range of administrative support, sales support, inventory control, and HR administration activities for an office staff of 60+ employees. Strong customer service, excellent communication skills (oral and written), advanced PC skills (including MS Office), and 10-key by touch are required. Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Office Administrator operates independently and identifies administrative projects; performs considerable coordination and follow-through, and sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing the work assignment. The successful candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented, forward-thinking, assertive, decisive, mature, highly organized, flexible, adaptable, custom service-oriented, analytical professional capable of interfacing with individuals of various backgrounds and levels within an organization.
