Senior Full Stack Developer Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - The Software Engineer would be responsible for implementation of functional and visual solutions for web applications and some back-end systems. Dependable and consistent output and delivery are key metrics that will determine the right candidate for this role. The individual must have a strong passion for learning new things, exploring new ways of doing things, and staying up to date with the latest technologies. Creative problem solving, attention to detail, and clean code are required skills for this individual. Collaboration is also a large part of the development and agency team culture so the ability to work and collaborate with others is a requirement.
The Software Engineer will possess thorough knowledge of web development technologies including PHP, native JavaScript, CSS, and HTML/HTML5. This individual must also have some basic familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL. In additional to fundamental skills, this individual have some knowledge and experience building web applications using technologies such AngularJS, SASS, JQuery, Grid Systems, CSS Frameworks, Templating languages, browser testing tools, build/package managers, version control systems (GIT/Github), and more. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge and experience of unit testing tools, relational and non-relational database concepts, an understanding of development principles and philosophies content management systems (CMS), and an understanding of basic development principles and philosophies.
A Software Engineer will possess advanced experience building complex and scalable web applications using the latest technologies. The Software Engineer will work closely with our development leads and project managers in a fast-paced environment to plan, develop, test, and deploy client-based web projects. This position involves at least 50% maintenance of existing applications that are supported by the development team. These projects range from responsive and mobile websites/apps to custom CMS?s and full-featured web applications.

Contribute to some peer code reviews and pair-programming

Required Qualifications :
Strong front-end development experience.
Intermediate PHP 4/5/7 knowledge and familiarity with common frameworks and MVC
Experience with the both single-page (SPA) and multi-page applications (MPA)
Solid experience and best-practice knowledge covering building web applications with basic HTML, HTML5, CSS, and native JavaScript.
Experience with consuming RESTful web services (APIs)
Experience with version control systems such as GIT and/or Bitbucket
Experience with common CMS systems and structures including Wordpress.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience building applications using .
Experience with stylesheet languages such as SASS/LESS.
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation.
Understanding design patterns of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, concepts of abstraction, etc.
Exposure with cloud based environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
