Senior C/C++ Developer Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Versaci Interactive Gaming (VIG) is looking for an experienced C/C++ Developer to help drive forward the company?s vision for a revolutionary offering in the eSports space. Reporting to the VP of Development, the successful candidate will be part of a small/agile team of varying technical skill sets working closely with the rest of the very experienced and talented VIG team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing a core C/C++ component to the overall system
Performing unit and integration testing and provide systems support, as necessary
Working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure the successful completion of all technical deliverables
The successful candidate will possess the following:
C and C++ . Fluency in both C and C++ with a strong understanding of best practices
5+ years C/C+++ programming experience (expert level in at least one)
Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience with C/C++ networking is a huge asset
Experience with computer vision would be excellent, but not required
Windows or MacOS programming experience, especially networking experience, would be a bonus
Knowledge of software engineering considerations (e.g. reliability, manageability, maintainability, reliability, and security)
Very good communication skills and team orientation, and a startup mentality
Highly adaptable and a quick and results focused
