Full Stack Software Developer Cyber Security Software
Role:
As a Full-stack Developer, you will work directly with our senior management in architecting and implementing our security operations software among many other projects. Our software is used at all of our reseller client sites in order to analyze and protect their systems.
Description of Work:
Responsibilities:
- Architect client and server-side web app infrastructure
- Create and update software that ties our sensors into our cloud backend and reseller portal
- Implement project management and reporting tools with rich visualizations
- Take part in engineering best practices, including but not limited to: performing code reviews, developing testing strategy, and contributing to development wiki & blog
- Provide feedback on and contribute to Phalanx long term strategy
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with ELK stack development and customization
- Experience developing with Linux hardening and Linux scripts.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Worked with AngularJS, , or similar font-end web application frameworks
- Worked with Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar front-end presentation frameworks
- Experience with , WebGL, or other data visualization frameworks is a plus
- Worked with MongoDB. Experience w/MySQL, PostgresSQL, or other RDBMS is a plus
- Experience building RESTful web service APIs
- Experience integrating 3rd party web services, especially enterprise APIs
- Proficiency with suricata or snort as a bonus
