Where you fit in our plans for the future:
We plan to exponentially increase our product?s impact to ultimately increase the national 6-year college graduation rate. In order to achieve this, you will join our team in developing new approaches based on:
- Data science and machine learning, improving our product's predictive abilities, orchestrating more personalized interventions, and more effectively creating the ideal mentorships
- Gamification, enhancing student motivation and engagement
- Crowdsourcing user-generated content, better leveraging the social / network effects in our mentors' and students? communities
- Chatbots, providing help in ways humans can?t and giving students a safe space to address challenges they wouldn't bring up to a human mentor.
- Natural language processing, allowing better identification of student needs for connecting them with the right resources at the right time
