Based in our Bedford, MA office , the successful candidate will join a small team of developers working on the next generation of our multi-cloud cloud database platform for PostgreSQL and Postgres Plus. You will visualize and develop designs for tools based on documented requirements from our product management team and based on the design of the current generation of tools and then work both independently and with other team members to implement them. Candidates would be working to tight deadlines, they will need to be able to think and code quickly and cleanly, collaborating with the team to refine designs and resolve issues as they occur.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Cloud team implementing product features
Work with the QA team investigating bugs and developing patches for
production releases of EDB cloud products.
Develop automated tests to verify functionality.
Qualifications:
3+ years? experience in Java in a professional software development environment
B.S. Computer Science or Equivalent
Experience developing on Unix or Linux
Basic understanding of virtual machine concepts
Good communication skills.
Aptitude for learning new subjects
Strong team player
