Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Englewood, Colorado - Viveve is a growing medical device company located in Englewood, Colorado. We are seeking a talented Accounts Payable Clerk to join us. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the efficient operation of the accounts payable function. Other duties include the following:
· Receive, date stamp, and enter all incoming invoices.
· Match invoices with purchase orders and packing slips.
· Work with the Accounting Manager to determine appropriate accounts payable accruals.
· Procure appropriate documentation and approvals for invoices prior to payment.
· Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures, and distribute checks accordingly.
· Respond to vendor inquiries.
· Reconcile vendor statements and research and correct discrepancies.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
Expertise with QuickBooks and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Current knowledge of GAAP.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of related experience.
