Intake Coordinators Job Opening in houston, Texas - Intake Coordinators Physician group is seeking part time intake coordinators in a hospital setting. Experienced preferred but not required. Spanish speaking preferred but not required. This is a part time per-diem position, weekdays and weekends. Reliable transportation is a must. Candidate must be friendly, outgoing and have a professional demeanor with excellent computer skills and willingness to learn. Core Responsibilities: � Gathering face sheets for new admitted newborns. � Introducing yourself to the new parents and informing them of the physician group. � Giving parents all appropriate forms to fill out and brochures. � After forms are complete, interviewing the parents of the baby to collect accurate demographic and insurance information for billing purposes. � Making copies of ID�s, Medicaid and/or insurance card(s) � Verifying insurance � Making sure patient packets are complete Please specify which location you are applying for, Katy location or Richmond location. houston tx texas
