A leading healthcare company is currently looking for Dietary Manager in Washington County, VT area.
The primary purpose of the job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Food Services department in accordance with established food services standards, policies, procedures, and practices.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Food Service Department, its programs and activities
Assist in developing a written dietary plan of care that identifies the dietary problems/needs of the resident and the goals to be accomplished for each
Evaluate and implement recommendations from established committees as they may pertain to services.
Provide written and/or oral reports of the Food Service programs and activities as required or as may be directed by such committee(s).
Qualifications:
Must have, as a minimum 2 years? experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care setting
Although we would prefer a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training, we are happy to train and support the professional development of the right candidate
Day Shift Schedules are available for the position.
