Responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities to increase sales and achieve goals.
Drive results and promote Brinker?s investment products and services by delivering key messages through targeted prospecting activities including cold calls.
Establish a thorough understanding of the investment management industry and utilize this knowledge to position our products and services effectively.
Support the External Sales Director in developing and executing the business plan to generate territory sales.
Build, grow, and maintain new and existing financial advisor relationships.
Train financial advisors to deliver the investment story and process
Maintain sales contact database utilizing Sales force.
Set and maintain expectation levels on new business with Regional Sales Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or related major
1-3 years financial industry experience required, wholesaling experience preferred.
Currently hold Series 7, 63, or 65/66 preferred/required to obtain within first 90 days.
Understanding and passion for the sales process.
Must be highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and communication skills.
