Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Englewood, Colorado - Custom Home Builder for over 35 years in the Denver area is looking for an accountant to do all accounting and office management responsibilities necessary in this organization. It includes:
Weekly payroll & payroll reports
Monthly client progress billing
Job cost and prepare all checks for AP
Change Orders
Set up new vendors and collect required information including W9, GL, WC certificates
General Ledger entries
Self-motivated, detail oriented, organized
Currently we use Timberline Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate accounting software. Some background in this area would be very helpful, but not necessary. This position is optional full time or possibly part time with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Small, friendly, family owned business with a very comfortable work flow. Will discuss with each applicant what the position offers as to salary, benefits, etc. Will train the right individual.
