We are looking for a Leasing Professional Rockstar (Student Housing) that has a drive for high level performance, able to work closely with Residents Assistants and wants to grow!
The overall objective of the Leasing Professional (Student Housing) position is to ensure full market occupancy or 100% occupancy by focusing their efforts on the attraction and retention of qualified residents to the community. In addition, the Leasing Professional should ensure the property?s leasing team (including himself or herself) is maximizing their efforts to close on every prospect and are well-versed on the policies and procedures related to the leasing process. This includes ensuring the leasing team converts phone calls to appointments, walk-ins to applications and every approved applicant to a new resident.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides the exceptional customer service to all prospective residents, external customers and fellow colleagues. Builds a fun and motivating environment for residents and other team members.
Accompanies prospects on a full property tour, including model and discusses features of why we are the best choice for their new home.
Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
Assist in lease transactions by typing, gathering applicant history for processing applications. Provide general clerical assistance to the community office.
Report weekly and monthly leasing reports. Shop competitors monthly. Keep updated market
Assists in developing and maintaining accurate resident files in accordance with company policy.
Oversee curb appeal of the property, inspects condition of tour route and model.
Assists with all marketing and social media aspects to increase engagement and attendance to all events.
Attend all campus and property events related to on and/or off campus
