Outbound Sales Representative Job Opening in Culver City, California - Property Matrix is the future of property management software. Utilizing cloud services, our customers get their rent paid online, have a mobile workforce and utilize the latest technologies to save trips to the bank. As part of our sales team, you?ll have the opportunity to help connect property managers to one of the world?s most innovative real estate apps.
Responsibilities:
-Research and identify potential customers, building them into our sales database
-Cold call qualified leads
-Conduct client outreach by implementing outbound sales campaigns
-Serve as first point of client contact, quickly establishing relationships between clients and Property Matrix
-Cultivate leads and schedule/run product demonstrations
-Negotiate and close deals
Requirements:
-1-3 years experience (this is an entry-level position)
-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
-Ability to work on-site at our office in Culver City
-Service-oriented mindset with strong English language skills
-Self-starter and hunter mentality
-Team player with a love of technology!
