Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Rancho Cucamonga, California - We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting for the company and report bi-weekly to headquarters on forecasting.
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Control and manage pricing to customer accounts
Show a proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, so that you can accurately provide reports internally, and write presentations for your customers. Prior knowledge with ERP systems like Oracle is a plus.
Travel at least 20% or more
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Experience as a supervisor or manager
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
At least 2 year experience in the power tools, home construction tools, or automotive tools industry.
At least 5 years? experience in channel and account management.
Team player to the max. You will be measured not only on your individual responsibilities but also how your team achieved organizational goals. Be prepared and happy to lend a hand whenever possible.
Able to follow direction and keep an open mind. Be detail oriented and a fast learner at the same time. Excellent oral and written communicator but able to listen and understand what both the customer and your team needs from you before attempting to reply.
