Sales Representative - (Entry Level)
This is our entry level position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to manage your future business.
The individual in this role is responsible for answering product inquiries, taking customer orders, coordinating delivery with dispatch, and coordinating with internal company departments and vendors. Customers include distributors, dealers, contractors, and local technicians. This position is often combined with customer service initiatives and providing support to outside sales representatives as needed.
Responsibilities
Search and contact potential buyers/dealers
Handle sales inquiries (phone, web, email), providing product information
Make outbound calls and touches to build and maintain relationships with customers
Process purchase orders and shipping
Create sales materials and marketing campaigns
Resolve customer inquiries and issues
Load and unload and products, organize and maintain workplace
Requirements:
Strong interest in learning products and systems in the related industry
Good written and verbal communications skills
Basic computer skill, English
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
