Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Temecula, California - TWS Facility Services is currently seeking a highly driven Account Development Representative to join our expanding Inside Sales team. The candidate will be an individual who can generate new business pipeline over the telephone/in the field within an Enterprise provide services from Parking Lot Sweeping, Day Porter, Steam Cleaning, Power Washing, Landscape Services, Janitorial and General Maintenance Services for Retail Shopping Center, Malls and Commercial Building.
What you get to do in this role:
Establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the telephone, by email, in person with influential contacts within Key Accounts.
Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
Ability to understand an organization?s business drivers, challenges, pain points
Able to identify new opportunities and pass to the Field Account Executives
Align with Field Account Executives to effectively create regional territory plans
Utilize and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leads effectively
Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, cold calling, office stop in, outside sales
Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
Able to build meaningful business relationships with TWS customers, prospects and internal colleagues
Confident and able to differentiate yourself
Compensation: $Salary plus commission, auto allowance, phone, and additional incentive plans.

Salary: $33,000.00 to $37,000.00 /year
