With Solar you also have the opportunity to help with your clients electricity and gas bills. Our back office provides full support analysis; shopping for rates and terms against 20+ suppliers. Supply is a door opener that builds immediate trust and a source of immediate cash flow flow for reps.
Requirements:
Must have at least at least 1+ years solar sales experience
Proven ability to handle small-mid scale commercial solar
Ability to form solid relationships with building owners
B2B sales experience
Strong track record of achievement as evidenced by beating quota, building a new book, growing a market, etc.
Works well in team environment, communicating daily with the in-house solar analysts

Solomon Energy Advisors LLC offers unlimited earning potential and 100% back office support. Our training program is on-going, we believe to never stop learning. This role is BASE + Commissions. Base pay is based on three tiered achievable targets. We have designed a system to incentivize and provide some comfort in security.
