The Sales Executive will need to have the drive, stamina, creativity and a genuine desire to continually exceed set targets and be hungry to win! You will also need to possess good IT skills, be competent with MS Office as well as being well organized and detail orientated. But above all we are looking for bright enthusiastic candidates who have a strong and proven work ethic and can demonstrate loyalty and commitment.
Responsibilities
Understand the value of Merchant Boost products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate Merchant Boost benefits in a manner meaningful to a customer.
Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to use all Merchant Boost products and solutions to effectively present them on an ad hoc basis, but also to incorporate and use the same in the creation of your account strategies.
Generate new leads, develop relationships, secure appointments, gather information on customer needs, position and demonstrate Merchant Boost product as solutions to business issues, manage objections, negotiate pricing and contracts and close the sale.
Clearly demonstrate understanding of Merchant Boost pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively answer questions or implement solutions in a timely fashion.
Develop strategic sales plan using business analysis tools to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific sales activities, and analyze competitive threats.
Develop clear and thorough sales plans for each of the assigned accounts detailing all relevant information about an account, its industry, and its specific history so that you can strategically target your efforts to determine additional product or solutions Merchant Boost can provide.
Responsible for the evaluation of existing relationships, the development of a strategy to grow the relationships and execution against the strategy.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, and act as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide superior service and solutions.
Work closely with existing customers to ensure maximum value of contract is being attained.
Work closely in a team environment with sales support employees to satisfy customer needs.
Requirements
BS/BA or equivalent
10+ years proven sales experience
Strong Customer Service, relationship development and customer satisfaction skills
Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skill
Understanding of professional research process and have the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of products and solutions and how they apply to the customer?s needs
Proven ability to promptly manage and respond to numerous tasks, initiatives and to manage sales campaigns to completion while maintaining attention to the detail.
Past participation in contract negotiations.
Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals
